mixed feelings about my stay
slow servicenoisy room
I had some issues . the promised tea never arrived after waiting an hour for my room. i also had to call twice to get an iron and waited over an hour for it. plus, the room was very noisy at night. I called several times asking to move, but it took over two hours and multiple calls to the front desk. the service reminded me of a second-rate hotel and wasn't worth the money i paid.

The hotel's location was great! Easy access to good cafes and restaurants through the One Central area. The receptionist Mr Meyar was very helpful, I found that the room was spacious, clean, and quiet.
I wish I had read the other reviews before my stay. I was supposedly upgraded at check-in to a nicer room on the fifth floor, but the loud music from the bar/nightclub was pumping out all night. I called the front desk. They immediately offered to move me, but it was unreasonable to unpack everything at that late hour.

the staff greeted me with smiles.. i especially appreciated the surprise in my room, a thoughtful gesture from the hotel management. the pool offered an amazing view of the museum. i found the reservation process smooth thanks to albert, who was very professional and polite.
The phone service needs improvement. When i called about monkey bar, the person could not answer my questions and did not follow up with the promised whatsapp message. this lack of service was disappointing.
